Unexpected GiftChristmas was suppose to be an exciting time of year for Touko, she'd usually be out at a party or two, but this year her mom decided to drag her out of town for a day. Her mother never bothered to say why, Touko just KNEW she had to go.

The city they were visiting, if she remembered right, was Aspertia City. It's not like it was a bad thing, but it was quieter than most. She even remembered that Cheren was a gym leader her now, and she was hoping to give him a holiday prank, but she decided against it, even if Cheren was her annoying rival, she'd at least let him be for the holiday.

Unexpected SurpriseChristmas was never anything exciting for Cheren, his family was always busy and he'd usually spend the time alone reading or go with either his mom or dad to their job and read there. His friends also weren't around very much either: Touya was always visiting his mom that lived practically on the other side of the region, Touko always invited to some form of party or was with her mom and celebrating with the Professor Araragi and her father, and Bel always had her family from out of Isshu visit and her dad would always scold her if she tried having other plans.

Unexpected TraditionParties, parties have always been in sort of a love-hate relationship with Sapphire. Of course, it always depended on the type of party it was. Christmas parties weren't really her thing, nothing felt natural for her, it was too commercialized and she never liked that kind of stuff. Of course she did still have fun hanging around people she got along with, like many of the dex holders here with her already, but one thing always go on her nerves.

No matter what kind of party it was, a certain boy would always show up late to get all the attention drawn to him. No matter what the occasion was, it was always a habit for Ruby to do so. Sapphire

Alright, first off NO I’m NOT going back to drawing Kingdom Hearts art regularly again, Pokémon is still my main fandom and Cheren X Bel is still my main OTP, but Roxas and Xion are still one of my OTPs and its RokuShi day today so I really wanted to draw them this year (since I missed the date last year.)

Roxas, you’re s great character, but I hate drawing your hair, and I hate shading it even more >_>

So I wanted to go for a more ‘magical’ kind of background, so hence the stary sky and the glow by their hands, I do have to say, I really do like how the colors came out and for not drawing these two in about a year, it was fun to draw them again! :D I do like how this came out a lot!

Anyways, HAPPY ROKUSHI DAY ROKUSHI FANS!! :la:

I tried to experiment a bit, not really big, mostly with little things, and even though I'm not to pleased with somethings, I'm still glad with the overall result :)

I think that's a good way to approach trying new things; if you can be happy with the final product you'll feel more encouraged to improve those techniques :)
